It’s a new year, so everyone’s got a
fresh start on their mind. While many
will raise a glass to the New Year,
these celebrities will be preparing for
jail sentences and court dates over
the next couple days.
Let’s take a look.
Bill Cosby

More than 50 women have accused
America’s formerly beloved former
No. 1 TV dad of sexual assault —
what’s new is that Bill Cosby is now
facing actual criminal charges for the
2004 assault of former Temple
University employee Andrea
Constand. At the age of 78, Cosby
now has an official mug shot; he
was released on $1 million bail. With
a preliminary hearing set for Jan. 14,
the comedy icon faces possible jail
time. The great TV legacy of Dr.
Heathcliff Huxtable and the “The
Cosby Show” is tarnished forever.
Joe Giudice
Set to begin serving 41 months for
multiple counts of fraud now that
wife Teresa is done with her
sentence, 43-year-old Giudice will go
to prison in March. The father of four
appeared on several seasons of “The
Real Housewives of New Jersey,”
displaying a lavish lifestyle that lead
to an investigation of the couples’
businesses and personal finances.
Upon her recent release, Joe’s wife
Teresa came home to a 2016 Lexus
LX 570, which retails at $95,000. Will
they ever learn . . . well, at least Joe
will ride to prison in style.
Mark Salling

Just days ago, former “Glee” star
Mark Salling was arrested for
possession of child pornography
on his home computer. Salling’s ex-
girlfriend tipped off police, a search
warrant was issued, and after a raid
was conducted, Salling, 33, was
booked in LA and released on $
20,000 bail; his court date is set for
Jan 22. This isn’t his first run-in with
the law: Salling recently paid another
ex-girlfriend more than $2.7 million
for a 2011 incident in which he
allegedly knocked her to the ground.
Meek Mill
a k a Robert Rihmeek
Williams — was set to hit the stage
at Drai’s nightclub at the Cromwall in
Las Vegas on New Year’s Eve.
Change of plans: The Philadelphia
native, 28, was found guilty of
violating his probation stemming
from a 2009 drug and gun
conviction. Nicki Minaj came to her
man’s parole hearing, saying, “He’s
not perfect, but I can’t believe how
much he’s changed.” Mill is not
allowed to perform or travel before
his Feb. 5 hearing. Luckily, Minaj
doesn’t need Mill to support her
Chanel-bag habit.
