berated President Muhammadu Buhari for
going after his political opponents in the
fight against corruption, adding that the
president is only chasing shadows .

26, said Senate president Bukola Saraki can
never be removed from power.
In an interview with Channels TV, he said

president out of power which will not
happen.
He said that if there is no proof that Saraki
is involved in the forgery, the Senate
president will contest for a re-run election
and will win .

Ekweremadu who is standing trial with his
boss, Bukola Saraki over allegations that the

case as putting Nigeria’s democracy on trial.

chapter has described the judgment of the
Federal High Court, Abuja, which ordered
that Sampson Ogah be sworn in as “a rape
of democracy”.
This declaration was made by Johnson
Onuigbo, the PDP state chairman on
Thursday, June 30, at the end of the party
emergency meeting in Umuahia, Abia state
capital.
Onuigbo, accompanied by members of the
executive committee, said the party is also
aware of rumours circulating that there are
plans to flood the state with military
personnel.
According to him, such an invasion would
trigger off anarchy, adding that the party
was poised for showdown over the planned
inauguration.
