President Trump begged the Mexican president to stop saying his government would not pay to build a border wall “because I cannot live with that,” according to a new report on Thursday.
“You cannot say that to the press,” Trump told President Enrique Pena Nieto, according to a transcript of a Jan. 27 call between the two leaders obtained by the Washington Post.
Trump told Nieto that the wall — a major campaign promise — was “the least important thing we are talking about, but politically this might be the most important.”
Trump threatened to cut off communication with the Mexican leader if he continued to say he wouldn’t pay for the wall.
“I​f you are going to say that Mexico is not going to pay for the wall, then I do not want to meet with you guys anymore because I cannot live with that​,” Trump said, according to the report.
He said the funding “will work out in the formula somehow,” adding “it will come out in the wash and that is OK.”

A team of scientists at India’s Institute for Stem Cell Biology and Regenerative Medicine discovered that cockroach milk may be the greatest superfood of them all. The Pacific beetle cockroach (the only kind that gives birth to live young) feeds it’s babies by lactating protein-dense crystals, which pack fats, sugars, amino acids, and more than four times the nutrition of cow’s milk. “It’s time-released food,” project lead Subramanian Ramaswamy told The Times of India. “They can be a fantastic protein supplement.” But don’t swap out your smoothie’s almond milk just yet. Despite it’s nutritional value, cockroach milk is extremely high in calories. Researchers are currently working to sequence the genes so they can be reproduced in a lab—and the world can avoid the horror of a cockroach milking farm.

Never in a million years’: Girl helps deliver baby brother

It was quite the learning experience in a Mississippi hospital when a 12-year-old helped deliver her newborn brother. Dede Carraway was getting ready to give birth to her third child in Jackson, Miss., Tuesday, when her doctor, Walter Wolfe, noticed the mom’s oldest child, 12-year-old daughter Jacee, eagerly watching the process in the delivery room, right next to her mother. Dr. Wolfe then asked if Jacee wanted to join in – and help him deliver her new baby brother. Jacee, eager and excited, agreed. The doctor helped Jacee throughout the entire birth and even allowed her to cut the umbilical cord.
